Social Support enables people an opportunity to access their community for 1:1 support or small groups with people who have similar interests. There are shopping trips, active groups out and about in the community or just support to enable new connections to be made and the sharing of old stories.
These connections can be social friendships for support or connections back to their community. Phone support is also provided for those who choose to remain at home and not go out and about.
CRANES is a registered NDIS provider in New South Wales.
